A new word “Peoplerazzi” has been coined to describe citizen journalists who focus on celebrities, in catching well-known people doing ordinary things. 
新词“吃瓜群众狗仔队”用来描述关注明星新闻的公民记者，他们报道的通常是名人的普通小事。

They use the power of camera phones to nab extraordinary people doing otherwise ordinary things, often funny, sometimes embarrassing. 
他们使用带有拍摄功能的手机捕捉名人做普通事情的画面，通常很有趣，有时也让人尴尬。

The paparazzi might find themselves outnumbered by the peoplerazzi (who technically number in the billions)and who are snapping pics of celebs, news events and the like in greater number and perhaps quality than the "pros". 
专业狗仔队也许会发现他们的数量已经远远不及吃瓜群众狗仔队（理论上有数十亿人），大量的吃瓜群众狗仔队拍摄名人照片、新闻事件等等，也许新闻质量还更加上乘。
